We rather uniquely assume all responsibilities for the proper administration of the insurance plans, programs, and services. We take all of the aggravation, complexity, confusion, extra administrative work, employee noise, and all other burdens off our client’s staff -- GENERALLY PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE EMPLOYER.
We are very involved from the beginning to the end, and all throughout the implementation of the plans, programs, and services. We work with our clients and their consultants, brokers, carriers, and all 3rd parties to establish the benefits administration requirements & rules, processes, file feeds, etc., to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation. We also continue to monitor and manage the Benefits Administration vendor and carriers to ensure eligibility and proper enrollment of members.
In addition, also rather uniquely , we, ourselves, provide an Advocacy Call Center and Concierge Claims Processing Center, to fully serve all of the members’ needs. We personally handle all member questions, concerns, claims, etc. This allows us to provide everything needed to ensure complete satisfaction and a truly remarkable customer service experience for all members.
