As the principal of Creative Worksite Solutions, Bruce Thompson Jr., oversees and implements the worksite enrollment process, and builds and maintains client relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience in the worksite benefits field.
Bruce worked for some of the largest carriers in the voluntary benefits arena for 17 years, before opening his own agency in 1999. He and Alan Biller formed Creative Worksite Solutions in 2003.
